Evolution Construction are recruiting for 3x Labourer, where you will join one of our established teams carrying out major refurbishment to properties in Lancaster for our client Lancaster City Council.

You will be responsible for

• Carry out works on site as instructed by the Site Manager

• Take personal responsibility for health and safety on site and report any instances of breaches to the site manager

• Ensure the site welfare facilities are maintained in good order

• Ensure all property's being worked on are kept tidy by all trades

• Walk round all property's that are in progress on a daily basis and ensure that there are no surplus materials lying about

• Taking material delivery's and checking the delivery notes to make sure the delivery is accurate

• Carrying out general site labouring duties including striping out of property's, fetching and carrying materials

To succeed you will need to be

• Able to work on void domestic property's

• Have awareness of site Health and Safety on refurbishment projects

• Be an enthusiastic self-starter able to use initiative whilst working unsupervised
