What do you love about working at Evolution?

The people I work with. We are all different personalities from a wide age range and different backgrounds, and I like learning about what makes different people tick. The new and different challenges we face and thinking outside the box to come up with solutions.

 What are you most proud of?

We all wear many different hats and I am proud of how we all come together to work as a team. Everyone is always happy to help each other out and go out of their way if someone needs support.

How does the business have a positive impact on the community?

We work with Blackpool Housing Company which is trying to raise the standard of the rented accommodation market to provide  better quality homes – the work we do improves the living conditions of people across Blackpool.

What do you like to do when you are not working?

Spending time with my two children. I also like my technology. I am a gadget man and like anything to do with tech. JJ and I fitted out a home cinema with a 106-inch screen for someone in our spare time and I really enjoyed doing that. I am also into cars and follow Formula One and any Motorsport.
