What do you love about working at Evolution?

The team is great to work with. I am a people person. I enjoy interacting with everyone day to day.

I enjoy working with existing clients and doing a great job for them, and meeting and working with new clients.

I like challenges. We have different challenges in the electrical side of the business each day which I enjoy.

What are you most proud of?

Being part of the growth of the company from the early days to now. From a small group of electricians to a big team.

We have taken on many more staff, grown the number of clients, working on bigger and better projects and grown our offices.

It makes you feel good. We have achieved something big together.

Being part of the move to office move as well, which was just a shell when we first got it, to help transform it to the environment which everyone enjoys today.

How does the business have a positive impact on the community?

We are helping people, upgrading their living spaces and giving their homes a new lease of life.

JJ does a lot around Blackpool giving talks to schools so Evolution as a company is giving opportunities to young people.

We also all support the local food bank.

What do you like to do when you are not working?

I love spending time with my family. Our son is one so he keeps us busy.

We enjoy going on days out to the beach and parks, places that our son loves to go.
